Virtual Reality in Public Libraries
Undergraduate Research
Role
Undergraduate Researcher
Year
July 2018 -June 2019
In the summer of 2018, I joined a research project called Virtual Reality in Public Libraries at the University of Washington Information School department. Since I learned how to gather and analyze data and information with survey monkey and Quirkos programs. Also, I helped design posters for conferences and fairs.
I worked with a team of six people that includes an undergraduate student, Ph.D. students, and Professors. I learned how to critically analyze and organize the data and information we are working with to answer the questions. Then there were times that I realized that the information we have does not answer all of our questions, instead helps us create new questions to answer.
